Forever Faithful pt.1

 

 

Trials come and trials go. Trials come in various forms and the outcome of each obstacle is always different. Every challenge has one thing in common… It has a beginning and an end, which means it doesn’t last forever and “It too shall pass”. Have you ever been in a situation and you had no idea what the outcome was going to be? Or you don’t know how you were going to make that deadline? It could even be something common as the outcome of a relationship. Either way, Trials are full of emotions, such as; worry, doubt, frustration, confusion, etc..  Lately, the meaning of faithfulness has been repeatedly brought to my attention.

1. unwavering in belief: believing firmly in something or somebody, especially a religion or a political doctrine

2. consistently loyal: consistently trustworthy and loyal, especially to a person, promise, or duty

Unwavering in belief, firmly believing in something or someone… God’s shown me how much “doubt” I subconsciously have. The cool thing is that Gods peace is the exact opposite of human anxiety. Doubt is a lack of trust in God. When we focus on our problem or fear; it takes our focus off of God and the acknowledgment of His closeness. We take away from receiving his infinite peace and truth.

 Why do I doubt Him? It has been made known to me that GOD is FAITHFUL. HE is consistently loyal, consistently trustworthy. He never fails me.
